The Team

Matthew’s communications experience includes work with some of the most well-known and respected brands in the world, including Apple, Twitter, Intel, Microsoft, the 9th President of Israel Shimon Peres, Yeshiva University and Shaare Zedek hospital. He was twice named to Business Insider’s list of top-50 PR professionals globally. Prior to founding Gova10, Matthew founded and led technology communications firm GKPR for 10 years. He launched his career at The Jerusalem Post, where he served as a business and technology correspondent.

Matthew Krieger

CEO and Founder

Robin is an organizational psychologist and human resources manager with proven experience in a wide range of employment and HR-related areas. Prior to joining Gova10, Robin built and managed the human resources infrastructure at GKPR. She honed her recruitment and training skills and developed a love for coaching individuals on their career journey during her time at Nefesh B’Nefesh, where she served as Associate Director of HR and a member of the Employment Department. Robin holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Bar Ilan University and a BA in Psychology and Education from Columbia University.

Robin Lipsky

VP People

Sara spent nearly two decades as a journalist, writing for the Wall Street Street Journal and many other publications. Now, she uses her skills and knowledge from her years as a reporter covering, tech, economics, geopolitics, religion and travel to create and advise clients on content, including opinion articles for top tier media, thought leadership articles for trade publications as well as blogs, white papers and other materials. She holds a journalism degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree from Hebrew University.

VP Content

David leads media strategy at Gova10. Previously he ran marketing globally at a SaaS startup for secure business connectivity. He spent more than 17 years at Verizon, most recently, as media spokesperson. He was responsible for media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, product PR, community engagement & public affairs initiatives in 25 states. His Verizon career included roles in marketing, IoT business development, sales management, and enterprise sales. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma. David holds a BS in Marketing from Yeshiva University and an MBA from Iona University.

David Weissmann

VP Media Strategy

Julie is a seasoned communications professional and former journalist with a passion for healthcare and sustainability storytelling. She brings a reporter’s eye to client storytelling, translating strategic messaging and organizational goals into stories that resonate with the media. She began her journalism career at The Jerusalem Post, where she covered the breaking news, tech, business, and social affairs. She then transitioned to marketing and strategic communications, including roles at GKPR and Tel Aviv University’s Public Affairs Division. She holds a BA in International Communications at Indiana University.

Julie Levi

VP Client Strategy

David is an experienced journalist and content writer. Formerly a tech reporter for the Jerusalem Post, he went on to become Technology Editor at the Times of Israel, and has been a contributor to tech sites such as Israel21C, ZDNet, and others. For the past eight years he has been writing thought leadership content for a wide variety of clients, from medical tech firms to AI to cybersecurity, as well as for social service organizations.

David Shamah

Journalist in Residence

Sirena joins Gova10 with more than 15 years of experience as a professional writer and editor. Her work spans a wide range of content in the eCommerce, eLearning, intellectual property and translation industries. Now, she uses her expert storytelling skills and journalism roots to write important thought leadership articles for top-tier media and trade publications. At Gova10, Sirena works with innovative companies and nonprofit organizations to write about topics such as Jewish education, Israel activism, sustainability, and social services. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Sirena Rubinoff

Senior Content Writer

With a background in marketing and nonprofit management, Rebecca is a senior associate leading accounts in both hi-tech and the nonprofit/NGO sector. Working with clients from different arenas, she is passionate about telling the most interesting stories impacting people's lives across the board. Prior to Gova10, Rebecca worked at GKPR, the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs, and the Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University. Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Western Ontario and studied her junior year at Hebrew University's Rothberg International School. In her spare time, she is living her best elder millennial life baking sourdough bread and gardening.

Rebecca Ash

Senior Associate

Extremely passionate about Israel/Diaspora relations and Jewish organizations, Noam is a senior associate leading accounts in the nonprofit sector. Born in Ireland and brought up in the UK, Noam set up the first ever pro-Israel lobbying group in The House of Lords in the British Parliament. Noam is an experienced account manager, who previously held PR and marketing positions at FINN Partners, Atidot and Finaloop. As a natural storyteller for all ages, Noam runs a weekly Torah class for his three year-old daughter’s kindergarten and is soon to launch a YouTube channel ‘Torah for Toddlers.’ Noam holds an LLB in Law and Property Valuation from City University and makes a mean Duck à l'orange.

Elya is an Associate at Gova10, specializing in securing media opportunities for clients. While earning his degree in Jewish Studies, Elya worked with various nonprofits on fundraising initiatives and led volunteering trips in Thailand, South Africa and India. Elya brings a creative touch to everything he does, whether writing his next op-ed or jamming on one of the five instruments he plays. Born in the UK and raised in Israel, Elya has the perfect balance of politeness and chutzpah, helping him consistently secure coverage for his clients.

Yehudit helps Gova10 clients effectively communicate across various social media platforms. Prior to joining Gova10, she had experience working with companies in the health and sustainability sectors on their social media presence at FINN Partners. Additionally, Yehudit managed social media for a non-profit organization alongside her university studies. Yehudit holds a B.A. in Communications, specializing in Marketing, Political Communications, and Business Administration. She has a strong passion for sustainability and is particularly interested in how it intersects with communications. Her favorite platforms are LinkedIn and Instagram, where she enjoys leveraging her expertise to amplify impactful messages.

Yoni is a Junior Associate at Gova10, holding a BA in Government from Reichman University. His previous experience spans several social action NGOs. From a young age, Yoni has always been fascinated by world events and news and translates that passion into his work. He enjoys using his knowledge and skills to help clients tell their stories. Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Yoni is a diehard Cardinals baseball fan. Always ready for a challenge, he brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything he does.

Kayla is a Junior Associate at Gova10. She completed her BA in Journalism at the University of Johannesburg where she was an active national council member of the South African Union of Jewish Students. She headed the union’s social media efforts and partook in campus activism activities. It was during this time she learned the power of effective communication (and free food at events). Now working in public relations, Kayla enjoys mapping the media landscape of her clients and has a soft spot for Jewish outreach organizations as well as businesses whose focus is on sustainability and clean tech. She also holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Tel Aviv and has fallen out of love with biltong (gasp).

Charlotte is an experienced marketing professional with a background in content marketing and digital advertising. After five years as a Copywriter for several hi-tech companies, Charlotte recently made the switch to the PR & Media Relations industry. Her strategic branding skills and flair for creative writing help her tell effective and unique client stories. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Charlotte holds a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. A doting aunt to two nieces, she can usually be found at the beach with a book and iced coffee in hand.
